After ovulation my BBT goes up and the highest temperature I get in the evening like 37.2 at aroung 8 PM. I feel so hot in the evening. Before ovulation my evening temperatures will be aroung 36.5 to 36.7, never more than that. Is taking temperature in the evening advisable?
