See if it gets heavier in the next couple of days...then that'll be cd1...

so is it not a good idea to count this as cd1? I am so confused

Okay ladies i knmw this is TMI, but like i said before i usually have a really haeavy flow but this month it was light. really light. the first three days it was extremly light (spotting if u want to call it that), the next two days its was full flow (but still not as heavy) and then last night it got real light again, now today its gone.

Does that sound normal? I am so confused I have never had a period like this before. My periods are normally really heavy and last for about 10 days. this cycle was light for the most part and only lasted about 6 days. is this unusual?

That's normal. AF varies for me too!!

thank you for responding kanetra. i know AF vafies but it just startled me cause mine never does. when i say never i mean never.

Texas- that normal- I get AF and have it all of 36 hours! never spot- its light then heavy then light- then its gone....I think as you age its changes- when I was younger (I am 31) I had AF for 5 days, but now its shorter-

no. I was on the depo shot about 4 years ago (that really scrwed my cycle up), but i havent used anythin recently.
