Wanna- do you know for sure when you ovulated?

Could you have ovulated a few days later than expected?

I have no idea when or IF I even ovulated... I gave up on even ovulating and now this!

Wanna.. no! Just b/c u got a BFN that doesnt mean that ur not preggo. I would get a blood test just to see. SOme tests dotn pick it up right away. Good luck hun!

I FINALLY got a doctor (ironically enough, my own OBGYN) to order me a blood pregnancy test. I asked for the one with the numbers, hopefully she'll do that one, but either way, I'm shocked I got her to do it! I love her! LOL!

I want to wait a couple more days to see if AF comes though before going to have my blood drawn, though. I'd rather save that test if AF is just around the corner, you know? Just an update for you ladies.

Glad she agreed to do it. Never hurts to ask. People are always scared to ask because of the word no, but lots of times its yes and they would be more then happy to help.

I pray AF isnt around the corner and that you get a BFP!

Thanks Jolene. It was really hard to find a doctor that would do it, but I guess third time's a charm! She was the 3rd doctor I asked!

Yeah im soo happy! They should be willing to do it, I mean dang the office makes money off you going up there, why do they care. Never makes sense to me..haha. Cant wait to hear how it goes! When will you go and do it?

Well, my longest (weird) cycle was 31 or 32 days long. I'm at 31 days today. If I wait until Wednesday or Thursday, I'll get the results the next day and be able to tell you ladies instead of torchuring my friends throughout the weekend. :)

Cant wait, and its possible ovulation occured later then thought, and if you are getting periods more then likely you are ovulating, but if not getting pregnant there is a possiblity you arent having strong ovulation. This happened to a good friend of mine. She got pregnant with in 3 months with her now 4 year old daughter, but has been TTC #2 for 1 1/2 years, just to find out a few months ago when she got her progesterone levels checked that yes she is ovulating but its not strong enough, so she is on Clomid, Round 2 or 3 now.

I know yall have been trying for quite sometime now, and im not sure if you have gotten your progesterone levels checked, because you are probably ovulating if AF is coming but just not strong enough and what not.

Im wishing you the best and pray you get that BFP blood test and dont have to worry about this, but if not this is another option. Its about 70 bucks out of pocket to get your progesterone drawn to check and see, usually they like to do it around CD21 or so of your cycle, and with you having about 29 day cycles that should be about 6DPO for you, which should give you a good reading on the number and stuff.

I thought I had 28 day cycles, but when I went back and averaged my last 16 cycles, it came out to 25 days.

I really hope I can get a BFP on my blood test. My boobs are pretty sore today (unusual) and I almost got sick trying to feed my cats this morning, so I really hope it's not all in my head...

Its very possible that you are pregnant, and I pray that you are sweetie! Please keep us posted, and keep in mind what I have said, because if not then doing progesterone blood work 6-7days after ovulation, will give you a good accurate number to if you are having a strong ovulation or weak, and if its weak Clomid could be the key, but lets pray you are pregnant and that no one has to worry about that :)

Good luck Wannabe, keeping my fingers crossed for you! Maybe you are like me & sometimes have a strong ovulation with good progesterone & sometimes it is weaker & you guys finaly lucked up & caught the strong one-it happened for me that way before so I know it is possible :) Good luck!!

Baby dust for you!

I wish you lots of sticky baby dust! I know what you're going through - You want to remain positive, but you don't want to get your hopes up so high that your heart breaks if it's a bfn, but you can't help it anyway! It's so hard. I really feel for you right now. Easier said than done, I know, but try to find things that will take your mind of it, even if only for a little bit. I like to read, so I started reading the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. They are easy reads and they take me away from the goings-on in my head for awhile.

When I used the restroom a little while ago, my CM was very light pink, so I figure AF is probably on her way, just moving slowly... then again, I hear that a lot of people spot during early pregnancy and are just fine.

At this point, I wouldn't even consider what I have "spotting" because it's almost unnoticable, but of course I'll see it because I've been paying very close attention.

In your opinion, since I already have the blood test ordered, should I have the blood test done to make sure or should I just wait until AF comes (or doesn't) and save the blood test for another time?

Hmmm... tough question. I wouldn't want to have to go all weekend wandering and worrying so I would probably go for it on the blood test.

But I'm a testaholic and my doctor gave me a standing order for a blood pregnancy test with a progesterone screening.

Hey there Wannabe.... I am with you. Late AF, started some light spotting today with a little cramping. Pee stick light 2nd line (which even DH saw, so I know I'm not imagining!) I have a blood test req that I can use but haven't yet. Thinking of waiting for a couple days and if AF doesn't show full force, then I will go in for the blood work. *sticky baby dust for us both*

I think I'm going to have mine done tomorrow. I just want to know for sure... and if I am pregnant, I'd rather know sooner rather than later. I'm tired of waiting.
