Are there any depression pills I can take which will not make my prolactin levels go higher?

Ok so this means if I am taking prolactin pills to lower my prolactin it wont affect me if I take prozac? I have prozac but I stopped taking it until I can go see the city doctor. I dont' have insurance because I lost my job so I get my things through the city hospital help. Also does prozac really affect the baby if I get pregnant while taking it? I know I would stop right away but just wondering.
