During the 2ww my temperatures were not impressive and I am trying to find out if Progesterone typically elevates temperatures. I am on 200mg 2x and my temps don't look any better than some prior months.

Jaime, I only took prog a couple of times and it was of course in the 2WW, but I didn't ever notice a change in my temps.

Hope you're doing well, where are you right now in your cycle?

yes, it will raise your temps just like in a non-medicated cycle. It will also keep your temps up past AF date even if not preggo so its hard to go by that when you are taking inserts.

What I mean is that it wont be any higher just cuz you are on the inserts but it will keep it high even if you are not preggo and AF day comes with no AF.
