APL syndrome and karyotyping and hormone tests

I was treated for Intestional TB for 13 mths. Then went to fertility expert who did the normal tests, follicular tests, and then finally HSG. Since there was spillage and doubt in his mind we did lap. in october 2006. he found the ovaries to be stuck to the pod wall and said that it was mild endometrosis and rectified it. After that we went for iui. i conceived but had missed abortion. then after 6 mths we tried iui again and in 2nd cycle i conceived but had chemical pregnancy last mth. now i am in 3rd day of my cycle and doc has asked for these tests:

FSh, LH, E2, TSH and Tests of APL Syndrome and karyotyping (for both DH & Me).

my question is do i do these tests today being day three of my period or wait? APL syndrome tests has two tests:phospholipid profile and phospholipid syndrome which one should i do? Karyotyping can it be done on any day?
