about ivf!!!!!

hi, doctor or ladys out there well i had my first app. on 7-14-08 for my consult i talked to the doctor and she looked at my old records and agree that ivf was rite for me. then on 7-15-08 me and my hubby had some blood work done like hapatitis b and c HIV and syphilis clamydia and all that everything came back good he also had sperm count done it was normal then on 8-25-08 i had an ultrasound to measure my ovarys n stuff and also blood work like new follicle estradiol FSH PROGESTERONE CBC W AUTOMATED COMP DIFF. RUBELLA PROLACTIN TSH VARICELLA AND CA 125 AND EVERYTHING WAS ALSO GOOD THEY SAID THE NEXT STEP WAS THE IVF CONSULTATION SO MY QUESTION IS DOES THAT MEAN IM ALREADY GOING TO START THE IVF I HAVE THE APP TILL 9-18-08 AND WHAT DO WE DO IN THE IVF CONSULT ?????
