Hello............I would like to join your group. September is the start of a new school year. So I am feeling very optimistic that this will be our month.

I'm here and ready for action!!! Well, technically.....I won't be ready for action for another 11 days or so(since I'm only cycle day 3 now). In the meantime, I'll be giving my follies and DH's "boys" a pep talk.

Jess, thank you! THANK YOU! I am also here in this new thread and ready for all sorts of good news. Okay...good news only. I do not have good baby related news YET, but....I lost 2 lbs. I don't know how...but I'm thankful for it....losing weight always good. And I know hokie said she's got a ton of stuff to do with her sister's wedding and this IVF cycle and stuf....so hopefully she comes back to us soon. Okay ladies...bring on the good news.

Showering you all with tons of babydust!!! A positive and optimistic outlook is VERY important. I watched and read The Secret. Has anyone seen it? In a quick nutshell it's about visualizing and believing and you will have your heart's desire. I've even made a collage (sp?) cut outs of pictures from magazine and books of what I want in my life. In addition, I pray a lot! :)) Great, wonderful and beautiful things wil come your way!! Have a great day!!

WOO HOO!!! :O) Welcome everybody. Baby Bump....I have seen that as a movie...it is really cool. I totally believe in the power of the mind/spirit, affecting the outcomes of things. I have another cool series for you...Conversations with God...it is by Neale something or other. The things he writes are chilling.

I also know that many of the greatest things that have happened to me, I have written down somewhere, before they happened (then forgotten about it) and strangely, eerily...they happen right on "schedule"

Example: when i was 16, I was certain I was going to be a "movie star" :O) I wrote in a letter to myself an affirmation/goal "I will be in a starring role in a major film before I turn 21." I put it away, and totally forgot about it...right before my 21st bday, I premiered my local feature length motion picture in my hometown...I had the leading role. (of course it was no Steven Spielberg flick, but I wasn't specific enough maybe?) I later found my little note to myself when moving to a new apt, and cleaning out some crap...it was astounding. :)

Also, when I was younger, I wrote in a journal that I would have my first child by the time I was 23 years old. In March of 2001, I got pregnant (very accidentally--was on bcp, using condoms) and in December 2001 I had my son. I had just turned 23 that October. :O)

Another, I was dumped by the one I thought was "the one"...I was devastated...but I took a year off of dating. I found alot of peace and truth that year. I found myself. I also wrote that I wanted to be married before I turned 30, that I would meet the man I could marry and be with forever, who would grow with me, and be everything I needed and wanted....I met Shane when i was 26....he proposed August 2008, just before my 30th b-day that October. :O) I wan't technically married "by 30" but close enough for it to make me think....hmmmmm...interesting.

So. Any good stories? any good news? Any anything....post it. Attest, affirm, make goals, plans whatever. If you want to be pregnant...let's be pregnant and have babies.

I want to again post this prayer, that I thought was so affirming: "O good St. Gerard, powerful intercessor before the throne of God, wonder-worker of our day, I call upon you and seek your help. While on earth, you always fulfilled God's designs; help me, too, always do God's holy will. Beseech the master of life, from whom all parenthood proceeds, to bless me with offspring, that I may raise up children to God in this life and heirs to the kingdom of God's glory in the life to come.
