A Af and OV question?

Hi,
My question is I got my AF today.=(
And it is weird because I had signs of ecm for 3days when I went to the bathroom and wiped it was clear and strech. Will on the 4day I had real bad like cramping feeling like I get when my AF is about ready to come. And I thought that was a sign of OV. BUt it says after you OV and not pergent 14days latter your AF comes? Will it has been more like 17days since I fet that way. Today is 17days and AF showed up today. Im tottley confused about the signs of OV?Can someone help me fighure this out? ANd also can af come more the 14days after OV?
