8 weeks pregnant and worried...

hi,I'm mother of 15months old son and now i'm 8weeks pregnant,but i'm not sure what was my last lmp...but i'm sure it was in the end of july...on missed periods i took the test and it was positive.I went to the dr. my scan shows my baby is to small,she saw only dot and heartbeat was not clear.My baby is either to small or the doctor has got my dates wrong but i have to wait 2 weeks for another scan and i am really worried.I dont want to loose my baby.I am also hypothyroidism and it is normal.I am worried my baby has stopped growing,has anyone else had a similar situationtion?? and my boobs get tighter,also have little pain in my stomach when i eat sumthing it will go fine but sum time it starts again i can't eat anything it make me feel vomit...I just want to know my baby is save still i'm having symptoms and second thing can anyone feel baby's heart beat without dropper because i feel there is some kind of knocking or u can say beating inside my tummy.. as if there is a heart beat or sumthing else...Eating olives and shrimps save durning pregnancy?I will remember u all in my prayers...

I'm not really sure what to tell you about theheart beat and size of your baby. I hope the dates are off. If you don't know when your last period was, I would say there is definitely a possiblity that your dates are off! As for feeling the heartbeat, no, you can't feel that in your tummy. I think what you are feeling is your own. I am 24 weeks pregnant today and I can feel my heartbeat every now and then in mine :) At such an early stage of pregnancy I don't even know if a doppler will pick up an accurate heart beat. I thought one had to be 12 weeks (or around) in order for a doppler to work. When you went in for a u.s did the heartbeat look normal on there?
