7weeks pregnant and spotting worried please help

Hang in there. I had brown spotting for the 1st trimester and everything was fine. if you have recently had sex or an exam this can irritate the cervix and cause bleeding. It seems to actually be very common to have some bleeding during the first few weeks. Since you saw the heartbeat you should be good. Just let your Dr. know so they can monitor your progress.

**Sticky glue**

Sahi, as i'm sure you've heard, some women have spotting in their 1st trimester at various intervals. BUT, you did see the heartbeat which is wonderful.

BUT, you need to notify your doctor of this and monitor. have you spoken to your doctor yet? if you haven't, you should call them and let them know so they can fit you in and see you right away.

Hi, Davey's and Oliver i had very light brown spotting yesterday only once since then nothing i will call my doc in another 2hrs and then update you keep me in ur prayers..

Hi, Sahi....I'm happy to hear that the spotting seems to be little to nothing and not often!!

IMO, because of history, NO spotting/bleeding is normal...no matter what anyone says!!

just back from doc office she cud see the heart beat and i'm measuring 7 weeks 1 day so last time i was measuring 5 weeks 6days so i'm suppose to measure 7 weeks 2 days is that fine 1 day diff or it usually differs..

Sahi, so glad to hear all is well. I,too, spotted with my first pregnancy (daughter now 4) around 6 1/2 weeks, and it was the weekend so i went to the ER, they did an hcg count, which they said was a little lower than they'd like, but they did an u/s and saw the baby. They made me come back monday to make sure the number doubled, and it had.

So no worries. I'm sure you know now that a LOT of women spot during early pregnancy! I'm 7 weeks today and haven't spotted yet, so i'm not worrying yet! But i've been thru it before and once ended in m/c and one was fine. But by the time i was spotting with the m/c, it was pretty heavy, and my hcg came back 12. So i'm sure you're JUST FINE : )
