What is a corpus luteum cyst and how do you get it as i never had a cyst on my ovary, and what is the procedure to get it removed.

Hi there im 7weeks pregnant and i had my first ultrascan,and they had found a 4.8cm cyst on my right ovary,but i was told that everything looked great with the baby.Today when i woke up and went to the bathroom i noticed a really tiny bit of bright red blood when i whiped myself and i havent seen anymore since .I also have been getting alot of lower abdominal pains when i get up from sitting or lying down, is this all normal as i am really starting to worry.
The cyst will go away on its own...I had one two with this pregnancy...Im now 33 weeks. I had alot of cramping in the beginning, I thought for sure I was miscarrying....Hang in there it will go away on its own.....The cyst is what supports the pregnancy in the beginning, totally normal and nothing to be alarmed about
