6 wks 1 day fetal pole but no heart beat.

My wife and I had a u/s done yesterday They saw a yoke and a fetal pole, but no heart beat. Yjey estimated it at 6 weeks and one day, Should we be concerned?

Hi Happydad first of all congratulations on the pregnancy. When i had my scan done at 6 weeks they didnt see a heartbeat but when i went back at 7 weeks i seen it. There is no need to be concerned.

LIke Andrea said it probably is just too early. Don't worry you are normal to be concerned as you will do this through the whole pregnancy! :) Good luck and hope you see the hb at the nect u/s!! Keep us posted and congrats!

Congrats!

I don't believe there is any reason to worry. It's still early. You will worry everyday for the next 9 months and then the rest of your life over this baby...get used to it!!!
