Yes, most likely all you will see at 6 wks...by our 7th wk u/s we saw the heartbeat.

Alisa, are u 100% sure abt ur dating? Thats very important to decide if there shud be a heartbeat or not

That is the strange thing. I has an iui with hcg trigger so we are pretty sure of the dates but my hcg level for my first blood pg test was only 7.5 and now we couldn't see anything but the sac. I am wondering if I implanted really late and that is why we are behind in everything or if I oed later than thought. I just can't wait to see the baby and hesrtbeat so I can relax a little.

Hey Alisa.....please don't be worried. This seems to be pretty normal. I didn't have an u/s until 8 weeks and then saw the flicker of a hb. I bet when you go back you will see that amazing site. You tech shouldn't have handled the situation like that. They need to have more compasion and let you know that this is pretty normal. Hugs to you and sticky glue. PLease keep us posted!!!

Alisa, Don't worry, what you saw on your U.S is normal for 6 weeks. Usually around 7 is when you actually get to see the flickering heartbeat :)

I went for my 7 week ultrasound and all is well.

We saw the heartbeat and it was beating at 143 beats per minute. I am beginning to feel like this is real and am getting excited. Thanks to everyone who posted you helped me get through this past week.
