5 weeks pregnant, brownish discharge

I saw a brownish, dirt like discharge when i wiped myself this afternoon. Nothing after that. I am so afraid. I hope i am not losing my baby. I had the baseline HCG test 2 days ago. The doctor said the levels were pretty low, but not to worry and I went and gave a blood sample again. I will know the results only tomorrow. Is there anything I can do to make sure things dont get worse? I am now resting and dont plan to get out of bed for the rest of the evening.
I have no idea about HCG numbers I'm sorry.
I think that as long as they double (or are really close to doubling) things should be fine. If you have not seen anymore brown blood I am guessing it was just old blood being shed from your uterus as the baby starts growing and taking up a bit more space. Good luck sweetie! Keep me posted!
