hello i am 5 weeks pregg and i was having some cramps no bleeding no spotting i am worried can u please tell me why is it bcz when ever i call doctor they say its normal

Could be just your body changing as the uterus is growing and making a nice home for the baby!

cramping IS normal, try not to worry-

BUT if it gets really intense and/ OR you start to bleed head directly to your ER
