40 days and counting....

Hi, I am a bit concerned. I have two children, and we are trying for the third. The first day of my last period was June 11, and I am still waiting for this month's period to come. Today is 40 days of my cycle, and there is no sign of my period! The thing is....is have taken pregnancy tests, and they come out negative. Is this normal?

Hi Nikkiat, Sometimes one may skip a period or just ovulate late in the cycle. This can be normal. I would wait another 10 days and if still no period, get a blood test done to confirm if preggo or not and then the Dr can start a new cycle with provera.

Its a progesterone supplement. Progesterone is the harmone which when drops in level brings on ur period and if preggo, wont drop and continue to rise so that way u wont get ur period
