4 days late?

Is it possible that starting a new tae-bo workout earlier this month, before ovulation occurred, could cause me to skip a period this month? I usually have a 27 day cycle (give or take a day), but I'm now on CD 31, with no signs of AF. I started the tae-bo workout and did it like 5 x, but quit about 3 days before I got a positive (or at least I thought it was a positive) on the OPK. I usually ovulate around CD 16 with only a 10-11 day luteal phase. If I'm not pregnant, then did the exercise cause me to skip a period? I had a lot of pressure around the time of when my period should've started and it lasted 4 days and then went away. I usually spot for a day or two before AF arrives, but still no sign of it. What's going on? I NEVER, NEVER miss a period(even when I started working out a lot in February, as well).

Oh yeah, I took a test last night and it was negative. However, that would've been 14 DPO. Too early?

Stress, whether physical and/or emotional can keep one from ovulating and thus make one miss their period
