I have pcos and was diagnois with GD, I never had diabetes before pregnancy and read that after birth your sugar levels get back to normal, but does it goes back to normal with ladies with pcos?

Just a note: take your OWN glucometer and finger prick with you to the hospital for birth. If you bring your own, they'll let you use it. The ones they use are VERY painful.
Don't worry about the GD during pregnancy... hopefully you won't need insulin, but if you do, I can tell ya that makes things EASIER! You don't have to watch your diet quite as closely cuz the insulin does the work for you!
