hi all...I have a long drawn out question..I lost a 4month pregnancy April 09 due to a huge fibroid tumor:( (12cm) Took 3 months of lupron--had myomectomy in August 09...(lupron did not shrink it) Still no period..dr. started me on provera 11/09..8 days after taking the pill FINALLY had a period!!! YAY!! Is this a 'fake' period??? Now after 2 weeks of taking the provera I'm cramping and have some light spotting..What can this be?? My main question is will I ovulate after all this on my own??????? I've been testing but so far they are all negative:( I need to know now that I had a period will I ovulate on my own?? Sorry for all the questions but I'm so stressed and anxious to get my cycle back to normal..I was always regular before the lupron!! Hope someone can give me some answers..Thanks:)

The provera and/or lupron will produce a withdrawal bleed.. but this wouldn't necessarily mean that one will ovulate as this will depend on your body... but we do hope you do
