3 day lab tests and Fertell at home test

What are in the Day 3 labs beside the FSH test? If I get a high 21 day prog test, doesn't that pretty much mean I released an egg and ovulated? What other meds would they use if I am showing I have ovulated? Also, are those at-home FSH test kits by Fertell accurate and can you use them when on Clomid? Thanks for sorting out my confusion.

Don't know if Fertell is accurate and should be taken if drawn before starting clomid on cd3...
