Oops, should be 1-10DPO

So many of us are really in tune with our bodies and who can blame us when we look for all the little signs and twinges during the dreaded 2ww, hoping for a BFP at the end of it. I am currently on Day 3DPO. Had a +OPK on March 18 and lots of BD before and after. Also had and HSG on CD8, so will see if it helps :-)

My symptoms so far:

Really sore bbs from the day of +OPK;

Increased appetite from 1DPO;

3DPO -slight cramping in lower abdomen;

3DPO - slight nausea (could be from all that extra food I am eating LOL). Actually, I didn't even want to mention it at first since it's obviously so very early, and most likely not related, but then again, I've decided to record absolutely everything.

4DPO - Continuation of sore bbs plus mild cramping in lower abdomen and some lower back pain...

5DPO bbs still sore, heartburn (only a second one ever in my life)

6DPO bbs sore, very slight nausea, increased cm

7DPO, Whoa, major dizzy spell this afternoon. Slight nausea in the morning and bbs sore as ever. TMI, but had some weird slightly yellow-tinged cm.

Dizziness continued through 7-9DPO, and bbs remained sore. Quite a bit of cramping in lower ab area and some deep in on the right side, which I normally don't get. Then on 10DPO I go some spotting, which together with all the cramping was not a good sign. I used an HPT anyway and it was BFN of course. Sure enough, AF showed the next day. Not only majorly disappointed but now also worried about the short LP cycle. Phone my RE's office today and they said I can only get next appointment in 6 weeks! And I still don't know results of my HSG from 2 weeks ago. So frustrating! But...must be patient...

Still, looking back to all the symptoms during the 2ww, I guess they were all the classic post-O progesterone-related symptons, even if I didn't have them before.

On to the next cycle, CD1 was on Monday, March 30th.

Wishing an April BFP to all the ladies out there who are still waiting! Good luck and babydust to all of you!

Silversong - I find your post very interesting because I had most of those symptoms last month (and I think for the first time) and I really thought I was pg. :-) To add to it, AF did not show up until almost 6 days late (I usually have very regular cycles. Never been that late before). So I really hoped I was pg though tests were negative. Finally there came AF. :-( I too guessed later that those might have been post O progesterone symptoms. We might never had those before or we might be paying attention to every minute detail now. :-)

Yes, exactly! I would get so preoccupied with every little thing that's going on in the body, especially if it's a new symptom. I am sorry that AF showed for you too and let's just hope that one day soon these signs are the PG signs for us and there's a BFP at then end :-)!!

I know. I am sure God will bless us one of these days! I dream of all the things I would do when I find out I'm pregnant. Like how to tell DH, how to tell our parents and when and how I would tell close friends, going out for dinner on the day I find out I am pg.. ....the list goes on.:-) I am know all of us have so many sweet dreams around our baby and I have faith that God will answer our prayers. Lets keep the faith and keep trying! and praying! Best of luck to you for April!

I just wanted to tell you, in case you are still having weird symptoms, you mentioned yellow tinged discharge --could have been AF but you might want to check for a bac. infection because it can also cause dizziness and nausea.

Thanks, TTC! I didn't know that...I actually just had my pap exam so if there's anything, I'll know soon...

Re: dizziness, I now notice that I get it all throughout the cycle, so who knows...I am 1DPO now so it's a brand new 2WW :-) My bbs are already sore...Now I know it's the progesterone rising...

Silver-you sound like u r like me-- VERY sensitive to hormones (that's why I'm freaking about the clomid.) Sometimes I even have all the "classic" pregnancy symptoms, including nausea but I know it's just my PMS. I go CRAZY thinking it might be a baby but deep down I know it's just my usual hormone thing going on. I too get dizzy and nausea, I also get pains in sides, back ache, crampy, sore and SWOLLEN bbs, tired -- everything. I know how u feel. If you're like me, you have probably spent so much money on HPTs only to have it be your "normal" symptoms.

Starting clomid tonight. I hope I'm one of the lucky ones who don't get s/e from it.

Yes, TTCGURL, sounds very similar. I DO spend way too much money on HPTs, LOL. Thankfully I know what hormone-related symptoms are now, but I don't know if that will stop me from testing way to early, LOL. Anyway, I've resolved to be calm and zen about this time around (we'll see how long THAT lasts :-)

And Good Luck with Clomid!! Hope you don't get too many side effects from it, just the BFP!!!
