Are there any plans for one? I missed the one last year and would really like to meet all the ladies on here. = )

Yes, we're definitely planning on having more meetups this year.
We had one last year in NYC and it was definitely a blast! meeting many members but also "FertilityTies babies :-)" along with having Fertility Doctors teach us more about Fertility.
We have an area on each page in the top right that reads "Meetups" you can sign up there so that we know which members are interested in which cities.
We'll start with those cities that have the most participants interested.
Another idea is to have a local FertilityTies representative that can help us organize meetups even in the cities where we only have a few participants to start with, what does everyone think? If that sounds like a good idea, I can create a new post asking for volunteers to e-mail me.
I'll definitely keep everyone posted, but definitely sign up via meetups to give us a sense of what cities have the most interest. We'd probably start doing them around May or June to make sure we get sponsors, speakers etc. :-)
