I talked to my doc. He says no to gonadotropins! :( So waiting a few cycles to start clomid would be a better success rate for me than? Thank you!! Cheers!

I just received my last shot of lupron depot Sept 29th. We are going to try to wait until December to try for a baby because we just booked a vacation to Mexico and I don't want to risk anything to the baby while there if I become pregant. Would clomid still be effect in helping me get pregnant since I have endo and PCOS a few cycles off of lupron? Or would it be most effective the first cycle off lupron?? I take 2000mg of metformin as well. And I'm going to take clomid 100mg days 1-5. Thank you so much!!

Once the full suppression of Lupron is gone from your body, then Clomid would work..
What would always work would be injectable gonadotropins at any time
