18 days since I finished provera still no period,plus a negative home pregnancy test what should I do?t

I have had alot of menstrual issues lately and the most recent was abnormal uterine bleeding with large clots. I went to a walk in medical since I was bleeding for almost a month straight two weeks of bleeding in sept then another period started in October only two weeks later. The dr prescribed medroxyprogesterone/ provera for 7 days. I finished on Oct. 28 and have not started a period yet. Only had one day of light spotting. I took a home pregnancy test last week and today both were negative. I had a DNC in feb for uterine polyps and I was on and off b/c pills to regulate my periods. I have been off b/c for over 3 months now. I'm not sure what to do or if something is wrong or if this is normal. The dr said my period would start in 2-7 days after I finished the provera pills. But I can't see him now since my insurance expired. Overall I have been off the provera for 18 days now,I have had intercourse with withdrawel method and still have no period, what can I expect and what should I do next? Could I be pregnant?
