for most people though, intercourse really isn't much of a problem with spotting at 12wks

hi... im 12 weeks 3 days, and due to some spotting in my pregnancy my gyno asked me not to have any intercourse until 12 weeks, last nite i had intercourse for the first time in my pregncy, and there after i had a brown discharge it by the morning it was clear, is there sumthing to worry about? should i stay away from intercourse? did this happen to any of u ladies? i dnt wanna do n e thing wrong iv waited for this pregnancy for very long and achieved it after alot of meds iui's... plz help started

Always best to follow your doctor's advice, as if you have a placenta previa, this would be the most obvious reason to stay away...there may also be other reasons, but please ask your doc
