dont put your pelvis up too high cuz then the sperm pool under the cervix area and cant get where they need to go. just a little pillow is good, just want to help them on their way but they know where to go :)

yep have done that pillow under butt already and

i don't know if my hips were high were high enough so i am going to try a wedge pillow and see if that helps. the pillows we have are kind of flat..lol so i didn't feel that much of an uprise of my hips a little bit though.

Make sure you are laying down after sex for 20 min with a pillow under your butt so that the sperm have some help with the gravity thing.

Egg white cervical mucus :)

(EWCM) its what you have before or around ovulation. That is the time you are most fertile - thats the cervical mucus that keeps the sperm alive and able to get to the egg.

lol. yes chels overweight. i tend to keep all the fat stored up in my tummy:) and was wondering if this contributes to the sperm not being able to get to where they need to go , besides the fact that i have scar tissue built up there to due to an oophrectomy of my left ovary.

What do you mean by "large stomach" like are you overweight? The sperm have i guess what you can call instint to get where they need to go so they just do it. People that are overweight can have trouble getting preggo cuz of lack of ovulation but not cuz sperm cant get where they need to go :)

With the EWCM the sperm can live for up to 4 days (most litley 3 tho) so they have plenty of time to get there b4 dying off.

what if your stomache is a bit large can this put pressure on the uterus and slow down the sperm from reaching it's destination to where it is unable to make it in time?
