I had a stillbirth at 35.5 weeks due to a meconium infection on 2/10/07. It took me 6 months to conceive again in January 08 and I miscarried that baby on 4/17/08.

My RE found the issue of the m/c which is abnormal levels of lupus anticoagulant.
He told me I need baby aspirin to conceive and sustain a pregnancy as well as progesterone after conception throughout a pregnancy as well as Loven...

New comment from HopeN

Hi Sabrina,

Im really sorry for both ur losses. I do hope u get that baby u deserve real soon.

If u get a BFN this cycle and still no AF, its coz of the progesterone. Once u confirm abt the pregnancy with ur Dr and stop the supplements, u will get ur AF. But hoping this is it for u and AF stays away. GOod Luck

I FEEL THE SAME WAY I HAVE HAD TWO MISCARRIAGES IN A ROW. i AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS I CANT IMAGINE LOSING A BABY AT 35 WEEKS. i STARTED MY FIRST ROUND OF CLOMID AND I WILL START PROGESTERONE ON DAY 21. ONCE I AM PREGNAT I WILL START LOVENOX AS WELL. I AM OVULATING TODAY I WENT FOR A FOLLICLE CHECK AND IT WAS GREAT HAVING A LOT OF PAIN DURING OVULATION I THINK THAT YOU STILL HAVE A GOOD SHOT AT BEING PREGO I KNOW NO ONE WANTS TO SEE A BFN BUT THE ONLY WAY YOU COULD GET YOUR BFP IS IF YOU TRY

TTC with Clomid and Progesterone

I had a stillbirth at 35.5 weeks due to a meconium infection on 2/10/07. It took me 6 months to conceive again in January 08 and I miscarried that baby on 4/17/08.

My RE found the issue of the m/c which is abnormal levels of lupus anticoagulant.

He told me I need baby aspirin to conceive and sustain a pregnancy as well as progesterone after conception throughout a pregnancy as well as Lovenox throughout a pregnancy.

I'm going to an RE who gave me Clomid 50mg to speed things up.

After the m/c I had a 33 day cycle which is unheard for me as my cycles are slightly irregular and shorter than most. This is my second cycle after the m/c and I did Clomid 50mg CD 3-7 and then Progesterone starting at 1dpo on CD17. Today is CD32 and no AF. I've had cramping, sour stomach, some nausea and fatigue. I am afraid to test.

Is there a possibility of not being pregnant but no AF due to the Progesterone supplements? What do you do in this case?

I'm used to only bad things happening.

Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks!
