I just replied to a diff post and I'd asked to see your chart and then found this one LOL

I am using this site's chart for temping and using FF's and it gave me cross hairs that I did ovulate....the only thing I feel is a bit of crampiness now and then and sore breasts..so I'm pretty sure that they are correct on when I ovulated.

The waiting game after ovulation is soooo long and makes one a bit crazy ;)

And if you want to find out for sure if you did ovulate, I agree, see if your Dr will do a P4 and that will tell you for sure!!

usually the most common sign of ovulation is sore and tender breast many also nauesa just remember that bbt's are very abstract tool and many things can effect the temps, i.e. not getting enough rest before taking them, illness, drinking, later night, not taking the same time every day.

Best to visit your dr and they can do u/s and blood test to check on ovulation and that is what I would recommend overall much better than bbt's.

Well I am officially just so lost. my temps are usually ALWAYS about 97.4 degrees, but for the last 3 days temp. has been above 98. I was supposed to ovulate on the second I guess but even at 2 OPKs a day (the first taken between 12-2 pm and the second after 6pm but before 8pm) ALL NEGATIVE.... :/ So I know I have asked a similar question yesterday, but now there is another day and another 98 temp. Advise would be fantastic! LOL! :)
