Lisa, have you started ivf journey yet? Are you going to? I'm so sorry to hear of your loss! We have a start date of Nov. 4th but I have to lose 10 lbs. by then...I'm freaking out! Good luck and keep us posted!

well today i am cd33 and 8dpo and hoping and praying i have had some chest pain for the past two weeks and aching etc, my holiday is 13 oct and i am due on around this time so not looking forward to my af this month, this will be my first period since my m/c that i had on 2 sept

Lisa--I've been thinking about you a lot lately. I'm so sorry for your loss! You are so positive and it's great that you can look forward to ivf. I have my start date...Nov. 4th, but I need to lose another 15 lbs. before then. We can go through ivf together! I o'd last Saturday and my dh and I bd at my parent's house! Sometimes I don't know why we still try because I feel it's impossible for us to get pregnant the natural way! Hang in there and take care!

Well i have been counting from cd1 from when i had my bleeding from my m/c which makes me cd17 today i have had a few sort of cramps and today got a little ewcm so me and oh started to bd yesterday and hoping also this evening - going away tomorrow in a caravan with my sister and kids so will unable to bd again until sunday night after they have gone home - i feel more positive now after my m/c and alot happier - i still think about it all the time but have begun to think i have to move on - so i am hoping that i do ovulate this month and that my cycle has not gone haywire.

I was so sorry to read about your loss. i have been keeping you in my prayers.

I hope you are doing good.

I think that if I were you I would give myself a few months of trying naturally maybe 3 months or so but I dont think I would wait much longer then that to the IVF you don't want to wait to much longer to be a mom!

Hi Lisa,

Thats great news about the IVF, your oh has a good point about getting pregnant on your own once and to wait and see will it happen again but if i was in your shoes i would do the IVF wel at least you will be giving yourself a great shot of getting pregnant that way instead of waiting to see if it happens naturally, that is only my opinion and only you can make the decision to go for it or wait you will know when you have to make the final decision which is for the best.

well i having been trying to get hold of my ivf since monday and they have promised to call me back every day and guess what they either call when i have gone home or dont call at all

i was getting rather upset and made today

so eventually they called us back and i have booked in for the planning appointment for 22 oct 2009 when we get back from our hol i shall have to put the shortfall of the cost on my credit card as i have now booked a holiday with some of our savings - long needed break

however my oh is not really keen to be honest to be trying ivf so soon he seems to think that i got pregnant once and we should continue to try on our own

however i am 43 in feb and really feel that if i wait another 6 months before we try ivf i shall have certaintly missed the boat what do others think should be try and start ivf as soon as we can we can only afford 1 try so if it doesnt work we shall have to go it alone anyway

OH MY GOSH! Ladypink, you are pregnant?!!!! I'm tearing up right now as I'm reading this thread!!!! I'm so happy for you and it is truly a miracle!!! Yay!!!

I'm going on cd31 and no af. I tried to do the OPK but never got a good reading so I'm not sure when I ovulated. I've had it late before so I'm not getting my hopes up. 4 and 5 days ago I had cramps like I was getting my period but then they stopped and I haven't had any symptoms. My dh and I always dream of how great it would be to get pregnant before we did the ivf....and it really happened to you! Congratulations!

I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! I'm a little confused on my deal. Doc says everything is fine. I really don't get why no baby. But, it'll happen soon enough I guess. So the IVF worked... that is awesome. thanks all temps are still quite high but the af cramps are worse i espect it to arrive later today

never mind hopefully can start my ivf in 2 weeks

The forms and application for ivf are now in the post wheedling their way to the hospital just hope i can get an appointment quite quick as my patience is rapidly running out.

All tests are done and me and oh have no issues. So I am hoping and praying we get some luck.
