Hi,

If all testing is normal and not ovulating at these doses, best to visit an RE who can provide treatments for you to get pregnant

Irregular period and low progesterone level

I've been on Clomid for 2 cycles now. After the first cycle, I was told that my progesterone level is only 0.7. After the second cycle with the double dose of Clomid (100mg), my progesterone level went down lower(0.4), and this time I was not even ovulating! The Dr told me she will triple dose the Clomid (150mg) on my next cycle, but I'm getting confused if that's the best thing? Why am I supposed to be on 3x dose Clomid when my progesterone level was going lower each time? Plus, my cycle is sooooo irregular... it only comes every 2 or 3 months or even longer sometimes. Is there any way they can regulate me first? If anybody has similar experiences, please let me know!
