Don't get discouraged, however, as these follicles have a better pregnancy rate than if no Femara was used.<br/><br/>Most people usually get pregnant during the first 3 attempts, with minor gains upto 6 tries, and no benefit thereafter. So your answer is yes, you still have a chance.
