I am 28 and also have been diagnosed with severe endometriosis. I have had 2 laparoscpic surgeries to clear it up and now its not so bad and we are going to give pen a try. I was supposed to start last month but had a cyst on day 3 u/s. I am not sure of success rate, but yes twins are a chance. Well good luck. We are trying for another one and have gone through 2 rounds of clomid I was up to 3 pills a day and the trigger shot. Neither of them worked and now we were given the follistim pen today is my second day on it and I was wondering if anyone here has used this in the past and gotten pregnant on the first try. Also what is the success rate?
