My RE only does Day 5 and Day 6 blastocyst transfers for FET cycles. Her theory is that only the strongest embryos survive to the day 5 or day 6 point. We had 10 frozen embryos that were all day 2 and day 3 embryos at the time of the freeze. My RE thawed all 10 of them on Monday, and out of the 8 that survived the freeze, only 2 made it to blast stage and were transferred yesterday. One day 5 and one day 6. The rest of the embryos stalled out at day 4 and never made it to blast stage. My RE said that that may have been what occured with my fresh cycle last month since we put in 3 day embryos. She is thinking that this cycle will be more successful. I think she will be right! =)<br/><br/>Good luck to you!
