    <description>dear dr's, i am 36weeks and 3 days pregnant. i was told by dr office today that i am having high blood sugar.(they did a second GTT). so i am considered having gestational diabetes and need to see dietician.(on my first 28 week GTT, only one reading was elevated).

is this too late to start with dietition? what can they possibly say? does this have any bad impacts on the baby? what are my opt...</description>

      <description>&lt;div&gt;dear dr's, i am 36weeks and 3 days pregnant. i was told by dr office today that i am having high blood sugar.(they did a second GTT). so i am considered having gestational diabetes and need to see dietician.(on my first 28 week GTT, only one reading was elevated).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;is this too late to start with dietition? what can they possibly say? does this have any bad impacts on the baby? what are my options now? i am totally unprepared to deal with anything towards the end. i am really worried and scared. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;and i am not able get hold of my dr to ask them what is going on with me and what next for me? they just left a message asking me contact dietician soon. how bad the situation is?please help.&lt;/div&gt;
