That is what Im worried about also. Wasting all of the money that I just spent for it to be a bust also. $1500 is alot to waste for it not to work so i feel u.

Cycle 4 3rd time with Clomid IUI status

Currently Cycle Day 8...

Went for the US this AM and it appears there are 3 on the right to of which are almost ready and 4-5 on the left 2 of which are almost ready.

I have to go back for another US tomorrow AM to check them again then decided when to trigger and do IUI......

I am optimistic because this is the best response we have had so far....One of them at least has to wanna stick around right?

On to Cycle 4, 3rd IUI

Am going to request the doctor increase my clomid to 150 or 200mg instead of the 100mg i have been on and see me day 7 instead of day 9 since I 'O' early.....We'll see if that makes a difference

AF should be here any minute now......

Sorry to hear the news of your BFN! Will you be doing just clomid next cycle or injectibles as well? I have read a lot about IUI's and they say most will get pregnant within 3. I'm hoping that is the case with me!

I just got the call from the doctors about my BW

B F N !!!!

stopping progesterone today and will call Day 1 to do one more cycle of Clomid. After that they will have me re-evaluate my options if the next IUI does not work.

3rd times the charm I hope......

Have had episodes of nauseous, dizzy, sweaty and a bit crampy on and off since yesterday.

Am cycle day 23 and 13 dpIUI.......

Too nervous to test tomorrow will wait til sunday, monday or tuesday....

I dont think I could take a BFN......

Yesterday I was saying 4 dpIUI but I was 5dpIUI and 6 days since the Ovidrel shot......

Silly, me the days are getting away from me....

I am now 7 day since Ovidrel and 6dpIUI....

Making.. 4dpiui is to early for a HPT since the egg doesnt even implant until 6-10 dpo so to me its the shot hun :(

I know that is not what u wanted to hear. Lets hope that u get a true BFP in a few days!

that is very early to see the trigger shot out of yoru body. YOu took a test yesterday that was negative? What kind of tests did you use and were they the same type? My 1st IUI i tested too early and got a BFP but it was the trigger shot and i was devestated, i hope this is a true BFP for you!!

I knwo I just thought it was odd that last cycle it did not come up BFP on day 6 past the Ovidrel shot and this time it did....

I guess my body just took to the shot better this time......

you can not take hpt on 4dpiui will not show. I had it done last month, my RE said to wait till at least 14dpiui but can test at 12dpiui but to be really sure is to test at 14dpiui... Save your money and not waste it on early test...Beside you have to wait till 10 days after the ovidrel shot to test anyhow..

Cycle 3, 2nd IUI

After 5 miscarriages in 3 years the last being in April '08, my DH and I decided to be aggressive and see an RE. I quit my job so I could as my DH puts it 'work on baby making'.

My first cycle was in July'08 and was washed because I ovulated early with the injectables, $1,500.00 down the drain. I asked my RE if I could do another med that would better control my O and he put me on Clomid 100mg daily days 3-7

I am now on my 2nd Clomid cycle. I usually take Clomid 100mg days 3-7 and always like clock work they have me inject the Ovidrel on Day 9 because of the US follicle size. Last cycle I had the IUI on Day 11 with only one Follicle that was 30x36mm and had a BFN after my 2ww.

This cycle I started NAET treatments for infertility, Taking Tao of Wellness enduring youth which is for kidneys, ovaries, uterus etc and when I went for my US on Day 9 there were 3 follicles on the left that were, 24mm,23mm,21mm and then on the right there were 3 follicles all under 15mm. I was told to inject that morning and come back the next AM for the IUI.

Day 10 we went for the IUI and 17 million washed sperm were placed. We had a different doctor this time and he said he was going to aim them toward my left ovary. I was thinking yeah right but my DH said the doctor did in fact take his time and bend and twisted while he aimed...

Today is Day 2pIUI and I am suppose to start the progesterone tomorrow in the AM.

I am stuck now in the 2ww and am going nuts with it being only Day 2 I am already wondering if it worked this time......

I am exhausted, crampy and bloated. None of which happened last cycle so I am wondering if this is a sign?????????????
