New comment from Dr. Eva Littman

I first would like to say congratulations. It looks like your numbers more than doubled so you may have twins. I would not worry about your symptoms unless you start feeling lightheaded, severe pain, or bleeding. The physician can only check levels at this point, he or she cannot see the location of the pregnancy with the ultrasound until your HCG levels cross 1500.

I had a 3 day embryo transfer on 9/14 and a positive pregnancy test on 9/26 (92) and 9/29 (302). All of this is the same as my period cramps. I also was vomiting by now when I was pregnant before. Should I be worried about an ectopic or miscarriage or is this in the realm of normal? I do not have an ultrasound until next week -- should i call my doctor and do it sooner?
