I know that I did. I had just come off of clomid for the 4th cycle about a month before. Thought if it doesn't happen this time, I am taking a break. I'm almost at the point where I am beginning to question whether I want to keep going or not. I want to have one more child more than anything but I'm just tired of the emotional roller coaster. I'm almost at my breaking point.

Thanks. Just made me wonder because I know that with an HPT, you can get false negative but not false positives. Its been really weird. I just don't feel like myself, I've been tired and irritable. My period in June wasn't normal either. I spotted for about 3-4 days and then nothing for a week and then all of a sudden, spotted again for about 3-5 days. So its been really strange. My mom had the same problem. Kept being told that she wasn't pregnant, but she knew that she was, and by the time the doctor would tell her she was right, she was already 5-6 months pregnant. Last couple of months, my periods have definately not been normal. I'm just getting frustrated because we've been ttc#3 for over 4 years now. Oh well, guess I just have to continue plugging away until something good happens.

Hi Marie, Dont think burning sensation could be a sign. HPTs are accurate in reading pregnancy especially on the day of or after a missed period. One can spot and bleed during pregnancy it occurs in a lot of women, but that is not a period or even close to it unless M/C.

I was just wondering if a burning sensation in the abdominal area could be a different sign of pregnancy. I got a BFN in June but my mom seems to think that I may be pregnant despite the result of the test because she had a period for 4-6 months with 5 of her 6 pregnancies. That was many years ago obviously, but I know that it can still happen, having a period and being pregnant that is. I am just curious if any women have ever experienced such a sensation.
