This real period I had was heavier for 2 days then just quit like a tap was shut off...no spotting, nothing. I call one... I call one a breakthrough bleed and the other a period because of what my temps did after they started. After the breakthrough my temps stayed high but since the period started my temps have gone down (still not to my basal temp but down compared to what they were).
