just like ttc said, and this can be due to different things...if you're not ttc, then you can try bcp to see if this helps after a normal gynecological examination, which may include an endometrial biopsy and/or uterine cavity evaluation/ultrasound

Hi there

you can sometimes have what is called breakthrew bleed also knowen as mid cycle spotting and sometimes when you excercise to much irratates your body and that can also cause this mid cycle spotting I Know nothing about pcos But I do hope this helps

I have PCOS. I am having bleeding whenever I have some physical exertion (gym workout). Can you please solve my problem?
