Period after miscarriage and few more questions (smiles)

I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks it was missed. I had a DNC at 10 weeks 4 days (July 22). I was expecting my period sometime around now. I have pcos and usually take provera to start my period. The Dr. told me I may have one on my own(period) since I had a miscarriage. Well starting on Tuesday the (August 26th) I have noticed brown spotting when I wipe only (it is not heavy at all). Is that my period? Or what could that be? My husband and I have not been having protected sex. I assumed I would need a full period to get pregnant again right?

ovulation

I also have one more question. How do you know for sure you ovulate? My ovul.test said I had the surge but I know that doesnt mean you actually ovulate. I have a period every month and never have missed one. I heard thats how you tell

morphology & ovulation quest.

I have a couple questions. Brief summary of situation. My husband has a sperm count of 28 mil and I'm pretty sure that everything else looked ok. I'm hearing something about morphology from other woman and I'm sure my doctor ran that test because he mentioned it. On the test results it say % ABN-10. Isnt that the same since thats the percent of abnormal sperm? Last question, I took an ovul.test and it said I had the LH surge on day #12 after my period so i know your suppose to ovulate 12-36 hrs. after that but I noticed I didnt have any of the egg white discharge at that time but I did later in the week long after the 12-36hrs was through. I've heard thats when your most fertile is this true and did we miss our time?

late ovulation/clomid

I am on day 19 of my cycle. Took clomid 50mg days 5-9. Ovary pain since day 14. According to OPK no ovulation yet....started testing day 8. little or no mucous. Could ovulation be soooooo delayed? normally my cycle is 28 days or so. What is the the longest time people ovulate on clomid?

clomid & ovulation

This is gonna be such a silly question cuz I have been TTC for over a year now but most of those months have been either with fertility drugs and trigger or with cysts or after a m/c so this month I took clomid 3-7 and no +OPK but am bloated and crampy like I am ovulating I thing.

I am having hot flashes as well - I am now on CD 14.

When you all ovulated on clomid did you feel like this B4 your ovulation or during your ovulation?

Husband with type 2 diabetes, possible retrogade ejaculation?

Husband has type 2 diabetes and after much research on my part I believe he is having retrogade ejaculation, family doctor keeps telling us its just stress but we are no more stressed now than we were before we became pregnant with our son prior to his diabetes. The question is what type of doctor should we consult to help us figure all this out? Is there ways of retrieving sperm from the bladder if this is happening? Is it possible for us to conceive even with very little semen upon ejaculation? Thank you for your time, it is appreciated :)

I have finished my first round of Clomid

I began taking my clomid on the 15th of August, and i took it 5-9. I noticed ewcm on the following Saturday and Sunday, but it dried up and by Monday evening I was very dry. Sexual intercourse was nearly impossible! By Thursday night, of the same week, My CM was thick, cluncky. My question is, what can i take to ease my vaginal dryness and how do i take it. If there is anything over-the-counter, please let me know. I am trying to conceive and i am at my wit's end. HELP!

mommies question - newborn sleeping

Ok hazel is almost 2 weeks. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if this is normal. The hospital gave me one set of instructions, the pediatrician at the hospital another and her pediatrician a 3rd.

She is not sleeping well. She was doing great sleep for 2 hours be up for 1 to feed and then right back down. Then a few days ago she started this. She will only sleep if she is on or next to my chest. The past 3 days have been like this.

5am - 8am sleep

8am - 8:40am feed

8:40am - 930ish just chilling in her cradle

then 930 - 1030am feed

1030-1230 sleep only on my chest

1pm - 2pm feed

2pm - 430ish nap

430 - 530 feed

Then after that the fund begins she will nap for about 30 mins and wake up and then from around 7pm until 2am all she does is "cluster feed" she will want to nurse for 10 mins fall asleep for 10 I move her to her cradle she will stay there for 15 and wake up to nurse again. Every time I put her in the cradle or bassinet she wakes up after about 10mins. Then I finally cave around 5am she will feed for a full 15 - 20 mins and then crash on my chest and I just let her sleep it off. I have tried other things but all she wants to do is nurse and sleep on me.

Am I doing something wrong or is this normal for this young?

I have tried a pacifier even though I am breastfeeding bc the hospital said not to let her use me as a pacifier and I know she is not always hungry at night bc she just ate. I have tried my finger to let her suck she hates that. She also hates and screams bloody murder if you put her in a swing or her car seat, if you buckle her in it gets worse. DH is frustrated bc he can't help, she has slept on him once and that is it.

Injectibles

Hi Dr Q

I will be having an IUI in a couple of weeks and the doctor wants me to have injectables (Puregon) and then the trigger shot (Pregynl). I have no fertility issues but my husband has slightly low motility. Can you tell me what the injectibles are for and what is the benefit of doing them? Thankyou!

I have a 35 day cycle. I have had 3 miscarriages from 5 1/2 weeks to 7 weeks. I use the CBE Fertility monitor. The monitor states I am at "peak" on CD 24 and 25 or 25 and 26. I will be making a follow-up appointment with my doctor soon (just had 3rd miscarriage) and want to know what the best things are for me to ask her about.

Thanks for any advice,

Shanna

*****trying SO hard to get and STAY pregnant!!!*****

Questioning Course of Action

Hi - I've been reading a lot of stories on this site and am now curious about my RE's "plan". I am 36, ttc 2 yrs, all testing "normal", DH "great". Dr. wanted to start with IVF, but I said no, I wanted to try IUI first. So I just had my first IUI 7 days ago. I did Follistim 6 days (150 IU), an Ovidrel shot (250 MCG), and the IUI.

In your opinion does this sound like an aggressive starting point? Any ideas why he might have chosen this route for me?
