Tips for Successfully identifying your Ovulation Date

  • We recommend to use OPKs (Ovulation Predictor Kits) along with this Ovulation Calendar to increase your chances of success.

  • We recommend to start having intercourse as early as CD8 in your cycle. If this is not possible try begin having intercourse as close to your Ovulation day as possible.

  • If you experience irregular periods, please talk to your ObGyn about treatments that could be right for you.

  • The luteal phase is usually constant from cycle to cycle for the same woman. If your luteal phase is 10 days or less please visit your Doctor as this can make conception difficult.
