I had a blastocyst transfer done yesterday, not even 24 hours had passed. (A 4BB frozen embryo that already was hatching and the doctor said that it was very healthy) and I feel bloated and with a little cramping and lower back pain. Is this normal? I am not sure if the bloating is from what I ate last night, pretty spicy : )
The thing that worries me is that the papers that the doctor gave me after the transfer say that involuntary contractions of the uterus may move the embryo to the lower part of the uterus where implantation would be less likely. So I am worried that this cramping might be movement of the uterus. Is there anything I can do to make my uterus more "relaxed" : ) or this feeling it's normal?
Thanks so much in advance for your time!
All the best,
Sandra
